I always want to go camping because I think it is cool. But my parents think that I am too small to do it so they refuse me.

One day I told my parents that my friends and I planned to go camping the place was very close to my friend’s home. So my parents allowed me. I was so happy we put up the tent and took out the food we prepared. When it was dark we set the fire and we song and dance we played the games happily. Before we slept I laid on the tent and talked secret with my friends. This is the first time for me to go camp and I enjoy it so much.

I joined in the activities with my close classmate whos name is Tom. We arrived the destination at 10:00 A.M. The leader told us " Now you can find a place where you want and put your stuffs on the ground. " Tom and I collected the leaves of maple and spruce there are many different colors and are beautiful. We saw the other students were watching the ants that are moving the food the ants are line up walking like army troop its very funny.

living close to the outdoors is fun, especially for city people. most people who go camping want to be entirely on their own. some want to fish or to hunt. some want to hike, ride horseback, swim, or go canoeing. the question of where to go is the first priority. a good rule about clothing is that it should be comfortable and not easily torn. food should be the kinds that will not spoil easily. a good camper always carries a compass and no camper should be without a first-aid kit. many new inventions make camping easier. there are boats that are very light in weight. there are tents that can be opened up like umbrellas, mattresses that can be blown up like balloons, and sleeping bags that make blankets unnecessary.

On Saturday, we went camping, with our teachers. First we pitched the tent. then our older brothers and older sisters played game with us. At noon, we all had a delicious lunch followed by a barbecue for dinner. At night, we had bonfire and sang and danced.

We didn’t sleep until 10:20 at night. But some of the boys were so noisy we couldn＇t fall alseep. I only slept for three hours. the next morning, everybody woke up very early. After exercising in the morning, we all went to see the small pigs.

On the way there, we saw a lot of geese. At 10:00, we went back to eat ice cream. It was so cold. then, we all played games together. We ate lunch at 12:00. In the afternoon, we played musical instruments and sang.

After that, camp was over. We had a lot of fun at the summer camp. I am looking forward o going to another summer camp soon.
