Generally，the advantages can be listed as follows. First, private tutoring is usually one-to-one，the teacher knows the strong points as well as the weak points of the students;and teaching is, in most cases, directly to the ate tutoring benefits a lot of pupils, indeed.
But every coin has two negative aspects are also apparent. To begin with, it takes up so much of the pupils’ time that they can hardly find enough time for rest and entertainment, which are essential for their physical and mental health. Most important of all，some teachers are eager to help pupils do well on the test，offering the so-called tips for test—taking rather than help them acquire what is most needed.
