Why is interpersonal communication so important? There are some reasons contributing to this new trend. First, it helps people to understand each other better and clean up misunderstanding. Students can learn more effectively if they can communicate more with his teachers and classmates. As for leaders or professionals need more information which largely depends on their communicative channels.
